What to expect
Q: What happens after i order?
All orders receive a telephone follow-up to provide confirmation of delivery date and time and answer any further questions you may have regarding your purchase, payment and delivery.
Q: Can you notify me when you’re on your way to deliver?
On the day of delivery we will send you a text with a ETA which your delivery should arrive.
Q: Will your delivery team remove any packerging?
We will unpack the artwork and take away the packerging.
Q: I have ordered multiple items, will they be delivered together?
Yes all artwork will be delivered on same delivery.
Q: How will i receive my certificate of authenticity?
The certificate of authenticity will arrive with the artwork.

Returns
Q: Can i return my item if i have change my mind?
If you have purchase an artwork online or ordered a piece you haven’t seen in person, you have 7 days from delivery to contact us to arrange a return free of charge.
Q: I have lost the original packerging?
Please insure that the item is securely packaged, ideally in the original packerging, items which have not been packaged appropriately and have been damaged in transit on return may not be eligible to be refunded.
Q: What do i do if my order have been delivered damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged, please retain all original packerging and notify us immediately of this with in 24 hours so we can arrange reframing, replacement or a refund.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund should be processed within 7 days.
